Camping

Primitive camping at its best. Our group camp area is right on the banks of the Ocoee River. Plus, we have 42 sites in a grassy meadow with Tulip Poplar trees and hot showers in the bathhouse. Located at O.A.R., a premier whitewater rafting company on the Ocoee River, we are only 15 minutes from Cleveland, TN and I-75.

Our bunkhouses were designed by group leaders for groups. Three large bunkhouses, each sleep 32 people, and our 1 small bunkhouse will sleep 16. That is a total of 112 people under roof each night.

Each one is air-conditioned or heated depending on the season. They have a men’s and women’s bathroom with hot showers. They all have a refrigerator, microwave, and and an outside grill. Each person will have their own bunk with a comfy mattress, so bring a sleeping bag and pillow and enjoy. The bunkhouses are also separated into rooms that typically sleep 8 people so that you can separate the girls and the boys. All of these fun activities sit on OAR’s property so you don’t have to travel to do your rafting, rock climbing, rappelling, paintball, or ropes courses. You also have options now to eat right on property at the Tiki Café or we can setup catering for your group. Please check availability because the bunkhouses go fast.

If your group really wants to rough it, you can pitch your tent on our 6½ acres of campground. Just down the hill from the outpost and men’s and women’s bathhouses, the campground has plenty of room for you and your group to spread out. You can throw frisbee or play football between activities. All of this backs up to the Lower Ocoee River.
